¹¹ As for the rest of Zechariah’s acts, you can find them written in the annals of the kings of Israel. ¹² This was the word of the Lord which he had spoken to Jehu: “Four generations of your sons will sit on the throne of Israel.” And that is what happened.

¹³ Shallum son of Jabesh became king in the thirty-ninth year of Uzziah^[a] king of Judah, and he ruled for one month in Samaria.
